MATERIAL SELECTIONCutting, edge polishing, and glass drilling, with the details reviewed for your intended application.
CUT / POLISH / DRILLWHAT WE FABRICATE
Shower glass, doors, and mirrors made to your project’s dimensions. Explore the applications below and open each one for details.
Reference images. Actual appearance and finish may vary.
01 / MADE TO MEASURE
Fixed panels, corner layouts, and glass around half walls.
Share your dimensions, wall layout, and photos. We’ll review the glass specification, edges, and mounting details for your enclosure.
02 / MADE TO MEASURE
Door glass planned around the opening and hardware.
Tell us the opening size and selected hinges and handle. Hole positions, cutouts, and material requirements are reviewed before fabrication.
03 / MADE TO MEASURE
Glass panels for your proposed sliding configuration.
Send the opening dimensions and the sliding-hardware specifications. We’ll discuss the panel layout and required fabrication details.
04 / MADE TO MEASURE
Mirror pieces sized around your space.
Share dimensions and edge preferences. For drilled mirrors, include hole locations, diameters, and hardware details for review.

GLASS TYPE
A clear, low-iron glass option for a clean, neutral look.
Consider a neutral-looking sample when the color behind the glass is part of the design. Compare it with clear glass against the same background and in the same light.
Share the intended application, dimensions, exposed edges and preferred thickness. Ask us to confirm the complete specification and availability for your piece.
GLASS TYPE
Transparent glass with a classic, understated appearance.
For a transparent look, think about what will remain visible through the glass: tile, hardware, wall finishes and objects behind it. Review a sample alongside those materials.
Tell us whether the piece is fixed or moving, how it will be supported and which edges will be visible. Thickness and hardware requirements need to be reviewed together.
TINT
A warm bronze tone that adds depth to the material.
Compare a bronze sample beside your tile, stone, wood and metal finishes. Judge both the view through the glass and the appearance of the exposed edge.
A tinted appearance alone should not be treated as a guarantee of privacy. Discuss the view you want to obscure, the lighting on both sides and the intended application.
TINT
A neutral grey tint with a subdued, contemporary appearance.
Review a grey sample against the actual background of your project. The surrounding finishes and lighting are part of the final visual result.
Request the tint, dimensions, edge treatment and thickness together. Not every material and finish is offered in every thickness; confirm the combination before ordering.
SURFACE FINISH
A softly frosted surface for a diffused appearance.
A frosted appearance can soften the view through glass. Privacy depends on the finish, lighting and distance of objects from the surface; review a sample under conditions similar to your space.
Discuss which face will have the finish and which face will be exposed in the completed piece. Request the appropriate care guidance for the selected surface before installation.
SURFACE FINISH
Explore a patterned surface. Discuss the texture, privacy, and finish you want for your project.
Explore eight textures belowEight visual directions, from crisp lines to organic relief. Open a larger reference to compare the details.
Illustrative texture references, not a stock list. Patterns are visual examples rather than exact products. Confirm the actual pattern, dimensions, thickness and availability with our team.
Select the look and the view through the glass together. Texture does not mean complete privacy. Share the desired pattern direction, the finished-face orientation and any adjoining panels that should align.
A close-up cannot show how a full panel will look in your room. Review a physical sample in the intended lighting, with objects at realistic distances behind the glass.
Actual color and appearance vary with thickness, lighting, and surroundings. Review a physical sample with our team.
GLASS THICKNESSES
Thickness options vary by glass type, tint, finish, and construction. Confirm your combination, dimensions, and availability before ordering.
GLASS CONSTRUCTION
Discuss laminated glass for your project. We’ll review the requested build-up and overall thickness before quoting.
Discuss the requested glass layers, interlayer and total thickness as a complete construction. A total thickness alone does not identify the build-up.
Share where and how the piece will be used, its supports and any project specifications. Suitability and availability must be confirmed for the particular construction; do not assume every laminated option is interchangeable.
REFLECTIVE SURFACES
Custom mirror pieces with dimensions and edge details planned around your design.
Consider the wall, lighting and objects the mirror will reflect. Share a straight-on photo of the space and tell us which edges will remain visible.
Bring the overall size, quantity, edge requirements and intended mounting method. Include outlet or fixture positions in the drawing so the whole layout can be reviewed before fabrication.
CUSTOM FABRICATION
Mirrors with holes prepared to an agreed layout. Share hole locations, diameters, and any hardware details for review.
Mark every hole diameter and its center position from two agreed reference edges. Include the hardware drawing or template, rather than estimating from a photograph.
Confirm the mirror outline, front-facing orientation, hole count and hardware clearances together. Final hole locations and feasibility need review before the piece is made.
PLAN YOUR PIECE
A few useful details make the first conversation more productive. Open each step when you need it.
Tell us whether you need shower glass, a glass door, a fixed panel or a mirror. Include the quantity, project location and a photo of the space.
Send approximate dimensions for an initial conversation and clearly label the units. Include a simple sketch showing the front face, top, bottom and reference edges. Preliminary measurements are not a final fabrication approval.
Name the glass or mirror option you like, the requested thickness and the edges that will be exposed. Include reference images for the appearance you want. We will review the combination and what can be supplied.
Share the hardware make and drawing or template if you have them. Mark hole centers, diameters and cutouts on the sketch. Bring the hardware details before finalizing the glass layout.
Tell us when the piece is needed and whether you are asking about installation. Describe access to the space and the mounting surfaces. Scope, availability and timing are confirmed after review.
Check the agreed dimensions, material, finish, edge details, hole layout, orientation and quantity together. Ask any remaining questions before approving the fabrication details.
03 / CUSTOM FABRICATION
Our work starts at the cutting table. With glass polishing and drilling equipment in our Mount Vernon workshop, we focus on the practical details that turn a material into a finished piece.

04 / INSTALLATION
A finished piece is part of a bigger picture. Ask us about installation for your glass or mirror project.
We’ll review your location, the piece, and the installation details before confirming the scope and timing.

DESIGN GUIDES
Open a guide to compare layouts and the decisions that shape a piece.
Concept diagrams only: not to scale, not fabrication or installation drawings. Hardware is intentionally simplified. Layouts and wall conditions can overlap.
Glass follows one line across the opening. Consider where the entry sits relative to the fixed panels and nearby fixtures.
Glass turns a corner to define two sides. Consider the walking route into the space and where the entrance belongs.
A panel meets the top of a partial wall. Consider how its edge aligns with the adjoining door and other glass panels.
Overlapping leaves extend across the opening. Discuss which panels should move, your preferred entry side and access to the controls.
The final layout and selected hardware must be reviewed together for your project.
Compare the reference photos in GalleryConcept layouts, not a catalogue of available sizes or mounting systems.
A broad outline can connect a vanity visually. Decide whether its edges should follow the vanity, the wall or the lighting.
A pair can give each basin its own visual frame. Consider the space between the mirrors and how the lights align.
A taller outline emphasizes height. Consider the surrounding wall space and the area you want reflected.
Where will someone stand to enter? Identify nearby fixtures, doors or furniture that could affect the proposed door movement.
Where would you naturally reach? Compare the handle position in your reference photos and explain the side from which it will be used.
Should the hardware coordinate with faucets, lighting or cabinetry? Bring the exact finish reference rather than relying on a color name alone.
These are design prompts, not hardware specifications. Confirm the selected system and its glass requirements before finalizing the layout.
Prepare the details for review05 / THE PROCESS
A few details help us understand your project and prepare the right next step.
